43. Plaintiff Conservatee NJ Foster’s toes had been dragging on the airplane’s flooring as he was wheeled via and out of the airplane.

44. Robert Brown, Jr. aggressively pushed the aisle chair via the singular aisle of the small airplane, inflicting Plaintiff NJ Foster to sway and slip over the fitting aspect of the aisle chair on two separate events previous to reaching the airplane’s threshold.

45. On the primary event, Plaintiff Conservatee NJ Foster prominently leaned to the fitting aspect, and was propped up by his father, Plaintiff Nathaniel Foster.

46. On the second event, Plaintiff NJ once more leaned to the fitting aspect, however was caught by an inside wall of the airplane that propped him up upon exiting from the airplane.
